Le Citron c’est bon – Lemon Panettone
The soft and airy crumb of this panettone is set with lemons candied in an artisanal way. The carefully selected citrus fruits deliver powerful yet subtle aromas throughout the tasting.

Flour (Wheat), Homemade candied lemons, Butter 82-84%, Egg yolks, Sugars (Fine sugar, Quebec honey, Glucose), Natural sourdough, Water, Milk, Salt, Cream 35%, Cornstarch, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.

Le Signature – Traditional Panettone with Candied Citrus Fruits, Sultanas and Exceptional Vanillas
Taste the powerful yet subtle citrus of this panettone with homemade candied organic lemons and oranges, as well as the sweetness of its exceptional vanillas. Discover the balance of its different notes: the aromas follow one another in a subtle way, all in delicacy, and persist in the duration.

Le Bec Sucré – Maple Panettone
The dough is delicately sweetened and sprinkled with maple jelly crystals and maple sugar chunks, which enhances the fine taste of maple and our senses.

Le Trio Choco – 3 Chocolates Chips Panettone
The three different chocolates that dot the Trio Choco dough give it a cocoa-like taste without bitterness. The intense dark chocolate is balanced by the smoothness of the white chocolate and the sweetness of the milk chocolate.

Conservation
Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
The best before date is indicated on the back of the sleeve.
Make sure to keep your panettone in its original packaging bag well closed to enjoy its softness and flavors longer.
