The Framboisissimo is a delicious combination of fruit and cocoa. Taste the marriage between its dark Manjari chocolate, with notes of tangy and fleshy red fruits, and the candied fruit notes of Valrhona’s Raspberry Chocolate Inspiration.
Flour (Wheat), Egg yolks, Sugars (Fine sugar, Quebec honey), Manjari dark chocolate 64% (Madagascar cocoa beans, Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin, Natural vanilla extract), Raspberry Chocolate Inspiration (Sugar, Cocoa butter 35.9%, Raspberry powder 11.5%, Emulsifier: soya lecithin), Water, Natural sourdough, Butter 82-84% (Milk), Clarified butter, Sea salt, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
