Homemade Candied Fruits

We have candied all the fruits present in our panettone using the traditional Italian method. This process lasts about twenty days and requires daily handling. It’s hard and demanding, but our fresh candied fruits are full of flavor!

The fruits chosen are imperatively organic, often from local and seasonal agriculture.
