The soft and airy crumb of this panettone is set with lemons candied in an artisanal way. The carefully selected citrus fruits deliver powerful yet subtle aromas throughout the tasting. The panettone is crowned with a crisp, decadent white chocolate coating.
Ingredients
Flour (Wheat), Homemade candied lemons, Butter 82-84%, Egg yolks, Sugars (Fine sugar, Quebec honey, Glucose), Natural sourdough, Water, Milk, Salt, Cream 35%, Cornstarch, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
Topping: White chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin, Natural vanilla extract).
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans).

Conservation
Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
The best before date is indicated on the back of the sleeve.
