A delicious combination of fruit and cocoa. Taste the marriage between its dark chocolate, with notes of tangy and fleshy red fruits, and the candied fruit notes of Valhrona’s Inspiration Framboise chocolate.
Ingredients
Flour (Wheat), Butter 82-84%, Egg yolks, Sugars (Fine sugar, Quebec honey), Dark chocolate (Cocoa mass (origin Mexico), Sugar, Cocoa butter, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Natural vanilla powder), Raspberry Chocolate Inspiration (Sugar, Cocoa butter 35.9%, Raspberry powder 11.5%, Emulsifier: soya lecithin), Natural sourdough, Water, Milk, Salt, Cream 35%, Cornstarch, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans).

Conservation
Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
The best before date is indicated on the back of the sleeve.
Make sure to keep your panettone in its original packaging bag well closed to enjoy its softness and flavors longer.
