The Stollen – Christmas Cake with Marzipan and Candied Fruit
This Stollen is the result of a collaboration between Viva Panettone and Bakers Workshop, a nod to Germany’s festive tradition: a soft cake filled with candied fruit and marzipan, symbolizing generosity and togetherness.
Ingredients:
Flour (wheat), Butter (milk), Raisins, Water, Almond paste (almonds (55%), sugar, water), Almonds, Sugars (granulated sugar, glucose), Homemade candied oranges, Homemade candied lemon, Rum, Salt, Enzymes, Whole milk powder, Yeast.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Tree nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans).

Conservation
Our stollen can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
