Flour (wheat), Butter 82–84% (milk), Liquid egg yolks, House-made candied apricots, Sugars (granulated sugar, Québec honey, glucose), Almond paste (almonds, sugar, water), Natural sourdough starter, Water, Milk, Salt, 35% cream, Tonka bean, Cornstarch, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
May contain:
Mustard seeds, Soy, Tree nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans).

Our panettone can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
