Colomba is a traditional Italian Easter specialty. The rich, soft dough is shaped like a dove, symbol of peace and renewal.
Traditional Colomba – 500 g & 100 g
Traditional panettone with candied oranges and sultana raisins, topped with almond macaronade, moulded in the shape of a dove.
The bold yet delicate citrus notes of this panettone, made with house-made candied oranges, are balanced by the sweetness of raisins and vanilla. The flavours unfold with finesse and linger pleasantly.
Colomba ingredients: Flour (wheat), Butter 82–84% (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Sultana raisins, House-made candied oranges, Sugars (fine sugar, Québec honey, glucose), Natural sourdough, Water, Milk, Salt, 35% cream, Cornstarch, Vanilla beans planifolia from Mexico and tahitensis from Papua New Guinea.
Macaronade ingredients: Sugars (icing sugar, pearl sugar), Flour (wheat), Liquid egg whites, Almond powder, Salt, Whole almonds.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans).

As with all our panettones, every ingredient has been carefully selected.
Our colombes can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
