Le Chorizo Tomates – Panettone with chorizo, tomatoes, candied peppers and olives 🌶️
A unique fusion of Mediterranean and Italian flavors, designed to seduce lovers of refined treats. Carefully crafted from the finest ingredients, this artisan panettone promises an unforgettable taste experience.

Ingredients – Le Chorizo Tomates 
Contains: Flour (wheat), Liquid egg yolks, Butter 82-84% (milk), Natural sourdough, Water, Sugars (fine sugar, glucose), Organic Chorizo le chaton doux piquant de Fouducochon (organic pork, organic maple-smoked ventrêche (organic pork, sea salt, organic blond sugar, natural maple smoke), sea salt, organic paprika, organic black pepper, organic white sugar, organic cayenne, organic nutmeg, ferment, natural casing, smoking), Héritage Kalamata candied tomatoes (roma tomatoes, Héritage Kalamata olive oil, Épices de cru herbs), Héritage Kalamata kalamata olives, Héritage Kalamata candied Spika cherry peppers, salt.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soybeans, Nuts (almonds, pistachios, pecans, hazelnuts).

Le Goyave Parmesan – Panettone with Guava and Parmesan
A salty panettone recipe that comes from the southern hemisphere. This surprising taste is a Brazilian tradition called Romeo and Juliet, which means cheese and guava. The parmesan brings intensity while the guava paste gives its fruity and sweet taste to the panettone.

Ingredients – Le Goyave Parmesan
Flour (wheat), Guava paste (guava, sugar), Egg yolks, Sugars (fine sugar, Quebec honey), Parmesan, Butter 82-84%, Natural sourdough, Water, Milk 3.25%, Salt, Cream 35%, Cornflour, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soya, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans).

Viva Panettone’s salted panettones have a shorter shelf life. The Chorizo Tomato keeps for 3 weeks, while the Guava Parmesan keeps for 4 weeks.

As for all our panettones, the ingredients have been meticulously chosen.

Conservation
Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
Be sure to keep your panettone in his original packaging bag well closed in order to enjoy his softness and flavors longer.
