Born from the meeting of two passionate artisans, Viva Panettone has established itself as a leading reference for artisanal panettone in Montréal.
A story of passionate artisans
Behind Viva Panettone are two names: Éric Goeury and Anthony Daniele.
Éric, trained in the restaurant industry before falling in love with baking, was one of the first in Canada to take on the challenge of artisanal panettone.
Anthony, of Italian heritage, naturally gravitated toward this specialty that echoes his roots, rising through the world of baking thanks to his talent and hard work.
Together, they founded a bakery where every panettone is handmade, following the traditions of a century-old Italian sourdough starter — the true heartbeat of their production.
The Signature Panettone: a global standout
Among Viva’s creations, The Signature holds a special place. As the emblem of the house, this traditional panettone delicately blends house-made candied citrus, sultana raisins, and exceptional vanillas.
Its quality and authenticity earned it the honour of representing North America at the 2024 Panettone World Cup in Milan, where it was selected among the 30 best panettoni in the world.
This international recognition highlights not only the excellence of the product, but also the remarkable craftsmanship of its artisans.
