In very limited quantities, we’re offering you the Viva-Morandin’s Collection of different biscuits, 2 baulettis and 7 new panettone flavors: Gianduja chocolate & strawberry inspiration chocolate, fruit pastes, peach – almond and tonka, cremino pistachio, tiramisu, classico and caramel.
Our artisans created these flavours alongside Francesca Morandin during her stay in our Montreal workshop.
Panettone with Caramel – 1kg
Ingredients: flour, egg yolks, sugar, water, sourdough, butter, milk, cornstarch, salt, vanilla (Rupe, Cédric), cream, chocolate caramelia.

Strawberry-inspired Gianduja & Chocolate Panettone – 1kg
Ingredients: flour, egg yolks, sugar, water, sourdough, butter, milk, cornstarch, salt, vanilla (Rupe, Cédric), chocolate P125 (Guanaja), strawberry-inspired chocolate, Gianduja.

Panettone Classico – 1kg
Ingredients: flour, egg yolks, sugar, water, sourdough, butter, milk, cornstarch, salt, vanilla (Rupe, Cédric), candied lemons, candied oranges, grapes.

Fruit Paste Panettone – 1kg

Conservation
Our panettones and baulettis keep for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening. Our biscuits keep 6 months.
Keep your product in its original bag, tightly closed, to enjoy its softness and aromas for longer.
