Cacio e Pepe – Panettone with Pepper and Pecorino Romano
This panettone is a tribute to the Italian tradition of ‘Cacio e Pepe,’ a simple and iconic pasta dish made with cheese and pepper.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, Liquid egg yolks, Butter 82-84% (milk), Natural sourdough, Pecorino Romano, Water, Fine sugar, Salt, Peppers (Phu Quoc red pepper, Long red pepper, Anakuzhy black pepper, Forest pepper).
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, pecans).
