Petit Lot Caramel et flocons de sel du Saint Laurent
The delicate white dough of this panettone is set with melted pieces of our homemade caramel. The Dulcey blonde chocolate coating is sprinkled with St. Laurent Salt flakes*, giving a little crunch to this sweet treat.
*St. Laurent Salt is the first Sea Salt from Quebec. The crunchy texture of his flakes is one of the properties that contributes to his reputation, and gives it the quality of Fleur de sel.
Petit Lot du Moulin de Charlevoix
The dough of this panettone is made with organic flour from the Moulin de Charlevoix, in collaboration with one of our artisan friends. This gives it a rich taste and character that blends perfectly with his dark chocolate filling and homemade hazelnut spread, directly into the dough. His milk chocolate coating provides a crunchy texture.
Petit lot 3 chocolats
The soft white dough of this panettone is delicately flavored with vanilla and topped with a trio of dark, white and milk chocolate chips. His top is covered with chocolate fillets of the 3 colors. A gourmet visual for a tribute to the great Riopelle!
Hazelnuts chocolate spread – Ecureuil
The chocolate hazelnut spread is composed of 56% hazelnuts and 100% natural ingredients. You will fall in love with its creamy texture. Low in sugar and generous in taste, it can be spread on panettone or on the bread or cake of your choice.
As in all our panettones, the ingredients have been meticulously chosen.

Conservation
Our panettones can be kept for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
