Panettone with blueberries, haskap berries, and sweet clover
A harmonious blend of our homemade candied Québec blueberries and bursts of tangy haskap, balanced by the gentle sweetness of sweet clover — a local aromatic plant with a vanilla scent, infused directly into the butter. The result: a rich, nuanced flavour experience that celebrates our terroir.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, 82–84% butter (milk), liquid egg yolks, sugars (granulated sugar, Québec honey, glucose), homemade candied Québec blueberries, haskap berry bits (sugars [haskap purée, sugar], dried apples, corn starch, pectin, citric acid), natural sourdough, water, milk, Québec sweet clover, salt, 35% cream, corn starch, vanilla beans (planifolia from Mexico and tahitensis from Papua New Guinea).
May contain: Mustard seeds, soy, nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, pecans).
Sabayon – 750 g
A creation born from a collaboration between Viva Panettone and Francesca & Rolando Morandin, Italian masters of the panettone tradition.
Prepared with natural sourdough and traditional techniques, this panettone reveals a silky crumb and the delicate aroma of a light, velvety sabayon cream.
An artisanal indulgence reminiscent of classic Italian desserts — but with the Viva touch: generous and irresistible.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, homemade sabayon cremino (white chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, butter oil, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour], sabayon paste [egg yolks, Marsala superiore, sugar, glucose syrup, alcohol, colouring (annatto), curcumin, flavourings, vanilla extract]), 82–84% butter (milk), liquid egg yolks, sugar, natural sourdough, water, Marsala, corn starch, salt, vanilla beans.

Le Poire – cremino noisette et tonka – 1 kg
Ingredients: Flour (wheat), Butter (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Candied pears, Sugars (fine sugar, Quebec honey, glucose), Homemade hazelnut cremino (white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, skim milk powder, butter oil, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), hazelnut paste), Natural sourdough, Water, Milk, Salt, Cream, Cornstarch, Vanilla beans, Tonka beans.

Storage
Our panettones keep for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
The best-before date is indicated on the back of the sleeve.
Keep your panettone in its original sealed bag to preserve its softness and aromas.
Is it really limited?
Yes. Once it’s gone, we move on to a new idea.
