This panettone combines the subtle freshness of pear with the aromatic intensity of dark chocolate. Its soft, airy texture gradually reveals fruity and cocoa-rich notes.
Ingredients – Le Poire Choco Noir
Flour (wheat), Butter (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Candied pears, Sugars (granulated sugar, Quebec honey, glucose), Natural sourdough starter, Water, Extra-bitter dark chocolate Guayaquil (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa paste from Ecuador, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), Milk, Cream, Salt, Corn starch, Vanilla beans.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (pistachios, almonds, pecans).
As with all of our panettones, every ingredient has been meticulously selected.
Storage
Our panettones keep for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
