Panettone with Candied Pears & Dulcey Chocolate
This panettone combines the subtle freshness of pear with the smooth sweetness of Dulcey chocolate, a white chocolate gently heated until caramelized, giving it a blond hue. Its soft, airy texture gradually reveals fruity and caramelized notes.
Ingredients – Le Poire Choco Dulcey
Flour (wheat), Butter (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Candied pears, Sugars (granulated sugar, Quebec honey, glucose), Natural sourdough starter, Water, White chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, skim milk powder, whey, butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Milk, Cream, Salt, Corn starch, Vanilla beans.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (pistachios, almonds, pecans).

Storage
Our panettones keep for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
