Chocolate Panettone
This double chocolate panettone is both indulgent and refined. Its cocoa-rich crumb is studded with pieces of origin chocolate crafted by Bassan Chocolatier, including Ténébris, winner of the Silver Medal at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards, and Milk Chocolate 51%, winner of the Gold Medal at the 2023 International Chocolate Awards.

Flour (wheat), Bahibé 46% milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Liquid egg yolks, 82–84% butterfat butter (milk), Sugars (granulated sugar, Quebec honey, invert sugar), Natural sourdough starter, Water, Milk, Abinao 85% dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), Cream, Intense black cocoa powder, Full-flavour cocoa powder, Salt, Extra brute cocoa powder, 100% cocoa paste, Tahitian vanilla beans.
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans).

Storage
Our panettones keep for several weeks at room temperature, even after opening.
To preserve its soft texture and aromas for longer, keep your panettone in its original packaging bag, tightly sealed.
