Maple Panettone
The delicately sweet dough is generously studded with maple sugar chunks. As they melt, they make the crumb extra soft and enhance the natural sweetness of the product.
Ingredients
Flour (wheat), Sugars (maple sugar chunks, granulated sugar, organic maple syrup, Quebec honey), Butter 82–84%, Egg yolks, Water, Natural sourdough starter, Milk, Salt, 35% cream, Corn starch, Gellan gum (gelling agent), Candy cap infusion, Vanilla beans (Planifolia from Mexico and Tahitensis from Papua New Guinea).
May contain: Mustard seeds, Soy, Nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios, almonds, pecans).

As with all of our panettones, every ingredient has been meticulously selected.
Storage
Our products keep for several weeks at room temperature, or up to 30 days after opening.
To preserve its soft texture and aromas for longer, keep your panettone in its original packaging bag, tightly sealed.
