Ingredients: Flour, Egg yolks, Sugars (Fine sugar, Quebec honey, Glucose), Candied oranges, Cranberry past (Sugars (Cranberry Puree, Sugar), Dried apples, Corn starch, Pectin, Citric acid), Natural sourdough, Butter 82-84%, Water, Clarified butter, Pastry cream, Homemade citrus paste, Sea salt, Chai spices, Chai mix Épices de cru (Fennel, Cardamom, Mace, Pepper, Cloves ), Candied mandarins, Ground cinnamon, Milk 3.25%, Cream 35%, Cornstarch, Planifolia vanilla beans from Mexico and Tahitensis from Papua New Guinea.

Conservation
