Easy Recipe: Decadent Panettone and Mascarpone Verrines

Panettone, with its rich and festive flavors, can be transformed into more than just a holiday dessert. Today, I’m sharing a quick and delicious recipe that elevates this iconic Italian cake into an elegant and flavorful treat. Perfect for ending a meal on a sweet and light note!

Ingredients – for 2 servings:

  • 100g of Signature panettone, cut into cubes
  • 125g of mascarpone
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 100g of whipped cream

Steps to prepare:

  1. Prepare the mascarpone cream
    In a bowl, combine the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and orange juice. Gently mix until you get a smooth and uniform texture. The orange juice adds a lovely touch of freshness to balance the richness of the mascarpone.
  2. Incorporate the whipped cream
    Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a light and airy texture. This step is key to keeping the dessert light while maintaining a creamy consistency.
